We have a 3 night minimum policy. However, as one and two night gaps are created between bookings, we are opening up those days for one and two night bookings. The base rate won't change, but because the cleaning fee is now spread over just one or two days, it will appear that the nightly rate is higher. If interested in booking one of our One night gaps between other rentals, please contact us for a booking quote.
