Eve's Place Cabin 2

Eve's Place Cabin 2 is located off charming Croftville Road and just steps away from Lake Superior. Croftville Road intersects Eve's Place and is a wonderful, quiet road for walking and biking. Cabin 2 is located just across Croftville Road from Lake Superior. The four cabins share a common pebble beach. This tiny cabin is just over 300 square feet. It is ideal for two adults, and if you want to be in close quarters with your two small children, you can fit them in here too. But it would be a bit cozy with 4 adults. Cabin 2 has the smallest living area of these four cabins, and we tried to maximize the space we had. We hope you enjoy our updates.

PET FRIENDLY!

Cabin 2 is Dog Friendly. Eve LOVED dogs! We had many well-behaved dogs join us at Eve's Place Cabin 2 in 2022, and we hope to create one more dog friendly cabin in the future. The dogs seemed to thoroughly enjoy spending time on the open front porch with their family.

We do not have open space where your dogs can run free, but we are making a large annual contribution to Grand Marais's dog park,

Go Dog North Shore, which is an easy 4 mile drive from the cabin. Look for Eve's Place plaque at the park. Also, Croftville Road, which is right in front of Cabin 2, is an ideal place for you to take your dog out for a walk. Please remember there are guests at the other cabins that may not love your dog, so please keep your dog leashed and quiet. Thanks!

Kitchen Area

In 2022 we replaced the upper cabinet with open shelving, providing a bit more storage space. We added a small high-top table under the kitchen window, which can be pulled out to accommodate four people if needed. The space is small, but functional.

Bedroom One

We have replaced the carpet in both bedrooms, and this bedroom now has a new Queen Serta icomfort hybrid bed. It's amazingly comfortable. The space is tight, but we are sure you'll enjoy the addition of the queen bed. We have installed new black out shades, and a curtain.

Bedroom Two

Bedroom 2 has a new full bed, new carpeting (not pictured), and a dresser. There are no closets in these tiny cabins, but plenty of hangers on the walls, and perfect little space saving dressers.

Bathroom

This bathroom is currently being updated with a new toilet, shower, and flooring. Look for new photos in 2023.

Sitting Space

This cute little cabin has the smallest living area, but we have tried to make the best use of the space we have. We added a couch for you to lounge on while enjoying the view of the lake, or watching tv on the smart tv in the kitchen. Please note, if you're bringing your fury friend to Cabin 2 with you, please always keep your pet on the pet blanket that is provided.
